• What is new in comparison with the version 0.17.2 Autoupdating mechanism has been rectified. The algorithm of cache directory creation has been corrected. Almost all aviailable weather stations in the USA, Poland, Finland, Germany, France and Antarctic Continent have been added. The following error has been corrected: if temperature data were not available zero was displayed, but now it is shown that temperature data is not available (N/A). The choice of temperature showing order has been made (First low, then high and vice versa). The choice of current weather display has been enabled - now the first icon can show the current weather the second can show today's weather-forecast, the thrid-tomorrow's one and etc. The old scheme of weather-forecast display remains. The selection list 'how long the current weather is true' is created. During the first execution stations are setup according to chosen cities in clock applet. Nicolas Graziano has made French translation. Russian translation has been corrected. Localization of the last renewal time, of the time in popup window and of button labels in the setting window has been done. Mistakes in the file of stations list have been corrected - station.txt. Pressure units have been corrected. Imperial miles unit has been removed. The mistake of possible ranging out the size in the popup window has been corrected. The algorithm of time and date calculation of current weather has been corrected, now there is the possibility to watch the current weather in any time zone. Unfortunately the function of autoconnect to Internet while pressing the update button had to be disabled. This function began to block the work of the modules connectivity after the installation of beta version Internet communications Software update on N800. Still I hope to write this function normally in 0.19 version. Mistake in DBUS ([#1026] OM Weather applet eating D-Bus signals) has been corrected. Sets of icons have been also updated and one new set (Shiny) has been uploaded.

• What is new in comparison with version 0.16. Internationalization (i18n) of the applet is made and almost complete Russian translation has been done. The possibility to change the name of a station has been added. The About window shows the version number of the program now. The order of showing of the temperature on the screen has been changed, but in the next release it will be changed a little bit (at the Americans' request). High temperature will be shown first. New stations have been added. The atmospheric pressure, new units of measuring the velocity of wind have been added. The icon has been added to deb packet of OMWeather The algorithm of weather forecast downloading has been changed. Now OMWeather uses CURL library. Now the downloading via proxy works. After adding a new station weather forecast downloading is done automatically. More memory leaks have been fixed. Errors associated with choosing an empty station have been corrected. The mechanism of choosing default station has been remade. The following things have been done in the release 0.17.2 in comparison with 0.17: A number of errors leading to crashing of the desktop Maemo and in some cases to the constant rebooting of the device have been corrected. The problem of blocking of the applet connection icon has been solved. Some memory leaks have been eliminated. There are many other minor improvements.
